Hello.
I've been reading a lot about Cinquecentos in foreign countries (I'm from Portugal) and I'm amazed at what people do to their machines.
What kind of modifications to a car are legal in your country?
In Portugal we can't change a bit of the factory specifications... ex:
-Lowering (illegal)
-Larger wheels over car specifications (illegal or it costs a fortune to legalize)
-Bigger rims over car specifications (illegal or it costs a fortune to legalize)
-Different engine (illegal and almost impossible to legalize)
-Different brakes (only changing to ventilated in same size as standart is legal)
-Tinted windows (only side rear and rear up to a determined legal opacity)
-Bodykits (almost anything you do becomes illegal)
-Engine mods (illegal except box filter, plugs and smaller bits)
-Exhaust (only basic back box is legal because removing cat is illegal)
-Debadginng (it's illegal to remove some of the badges since it has to have brand on front and model on back)
...
It's a damm hard country to live in when you like cars and performance :bang:
