what year is your sei? i have the exact same wheel on my 1998 cinq sporting, and on my 99 sei, i think they only fitted them to cinqs from mid 97ish till the end of production, then on seis until 2000 roughly.

that white plug in the wheel to the horn buttons was the source of my horn not working on the cinq, it just needed taken out the end cleaned a bit, and replaced, the horns been perfect since , the guy i bough it off was convinced it needed a new horn, he obviously didnt have the time or will to look... pretty much summed up how he neglected it actually

Yeah, yours is the factory fitted wheel. Try cleaning up the contacts both ends (horn and steering wheel) and get back.
