FK SUSPENSION + WHEELS

ok i have found some FK springs an shocks that lower the car 70mm at front and 50mm at rear... the question is.

would i b able to squeeze 7x14 rims under the arches, even if it did mean gettin the cut/rolled?

Get 195/40/14's from Continental on the wheels. They are sweet tyres and the profile is sooo low that it does not change the rolling diameter from the standard 13" setup! Also look the b*ll*x too! So I would presume that they would then fit without any problems?

i hope u gonna uprate the shocks aswell i wouldnt like -60mm springs on standards and -75mm would be even worse[xx(]

but when u think about it, 14's with 195/40 tyres will have about 2.5cm less diameter than your 15's. so i could get away with a 2cm lower drop, plus i already got the arch lining out of the fronts an it looks like i could fit a bus in the arches.

i dont really mind havin some arch work done to get them to fit, i think it will look the dogs when it all comes together!

bad boy racer: where u gettin those tyres from? i can only find 195/45/14!!!

A 50mm drop on 13's poses ground clearance problems.....

at the moment i have 175/50's on (due to the 5.5x13 abarth wheels)

which give the side wall a height of 87.5mm

doesnt that mean 195/45 will give a side wall height of 87.75mm?

unless my maths is pure pants doesnt that mean stickin 195/45/14 wheels/tyres mean the car would b about 2.5cm higher before the springs go on?
