Some guy called Michael from Huddersfield! Bet if you tried hurling that down the Snake Pass you'd end up in sa wall or a reservoir!

Re: Wow who owns this?

I bet it wouldn't cost much to build the handling up, nice set of adjustables on it.

Re: Wow who owns this?

Sorry, I guess I'm slightly ever so eager. If he's spent eighteen thousand on it already, would it not be too difficult to build a much more compatible handling set up.

Re: Wow who owns this?

i think when you spend 18k on something finances may possibly run out

with any conversion like that though, you should expect to have minor handling issues

Re: Wow who owns this?

You should get a lighter, equal or greater powered, better handling car if you just do a 1.2/1.4 16V superfire conversion

Never driven the UT/PGT engine cars, so can't comment on handling really, but from what people say its not great.

Put 140/150 bhp through any of these cars though, and if yo don't treat it right, there will be difficulties

Re: Wow who owns this?

I can expect so, I guess I've always looked for a sei like this, got one, and see the big problems. I'd love to do a low boost conv to mine and use it as a second car. But it's so much work, and I'm not totally mechanically minded.

Luke.

Re: Wow who owns this?

i could never compramise handling over power, between a well sorted 1242 turbo cinq that handles like a gokart and one with 140bhp that doesnt i no which one id go for ha
a good handling car can keep you intouch with the more powerul car infront right
