Completly depends on the offset. Looks like they are on a cinq in the photo so I would assume not. Ask the seller if they are using spacers.
The standard aftermarket offset is 38. Chances are these are 38. it will be stamped on the back of the alloy anyway.
Just ask the seller if he/she is using spacers. If not then you dont need them
If the PDC is 110 (wierd, what are they from?) they won't fit. ET 25 would almost certainly foul arches. Possibly for/off a RWD car?
If you look at the photo, they seem to be standing well out from the arches......
Did you get that info from the seller or just a random website?
110 PCD is wrong. They would no way fit a fiat if they are 110 and they are clearly fitted to a fiat in the photo.
As far as offset goes. I expect you would get away with it. I have seen these alloys on a cinq in the past and they cleared the arches fine.
