Electric Warning Light

Bought my car knowing that there was a fault with the electrics somewhere, I assumed it was an easy fix, and today i replaced the Drive belt, Only to find out it hasnt cured the problem, The light is still lit on the dash. I have installed 2500watts of stereo system to my cinquecento since, but i do stress that the light was on before this. I have a 1 farad power cap fitted to my cinq, and the digital display tells me that the alternator is charging the cap and battery to 14.5volts, therefor there shouldnt be a problem with the alternator or drive belt or even the tension of the belt, so im confused to what could be the problem, Any idea's would be Gladly appreciated [8D]

yea, the one near the injector light on the dash. When you rev the car it seems to dim but when the car returns to idle, the light gets bright again

no such thing as a 1ltr cinq, uk models are either 900 ovh or 1100 ohc.
get an exchange one from a motor factors or a dealership.
