why is it everything goes wrong so close to mot time. At this rate ill be lucky to get everythig fixed before the dreaded date.
i have a p reg cinq soleil the problems started with the injection light comeing on every now and then. then it started cuting out at junctions this i think was caused by a nackerd ht lead arcing out.

i replaced the ht leads got new plugs changed airfilter ran ok 4 abit light still on.changed lambda sensor now the light goes off when first started up on morning but if u turn the car off then start it again the light comes on and stays on all day [very irratating].

the fuel tank is geting a vacume which ppl say shouldnt happen.and must be a blocked breather.and heres the latest prob which i think is a overheating prob.

i went to remove the new spark plugs i just put in a week ago and the 2 middle ones were bent and when i removed them the ceramic just shatterd and crumbled away.

so i have a thermostat on order and new fan switch.if it got this hot how didnt it blow the head gasket or warp the head.

has any one else had any of these probs and the real question is it realy worth throwing all this money at it or should i just send it on the journey to the scrap yard.

Lets be serious. Its a 10 or 11 year old car that we know nothing about its history. If the car has a full service history, then these things are unfortunate. If the servicing has been a bit lax, then shat happens.

Motoring is expensive, unfortunately. Just don't ask what I've spent running cars over the last 3 months, I don't even want to think about it.

Cheers
