drove my sei last night up the lane where i live and i was really impressed with it in the 1st 3 gears, but it had no go in 4th or 5th (which i kinda expected), there seems to be a bit of a flat spot at about 3krpm and no power after about 5.5krpm is this normal?

where can i get the price for a GSR induction kit, tried the web page already and i can only find the article on them.

i saw a foam filter in one of the threads on this site and it sat on the SPi unit and i would like some details on that if anyone has them, cheers

i love novas but its time for a change

the GSR kit is mail order, check the conact details on the page for a phone number.

with the std induction, there is a 3k flatspot. And the engines max power output is at 5.5k. Max torque is at 3250. So effectively the (small) power band is 3250-5500rpm.

Cinq Sporting - and yes, its broom yellow!

i've got a pipercorss induction on mine and i have to say it evens out everything in terms of flatspots, u get more out of every gear, and u can go a long time in fourth, i'd recomend it to anyone

Decat is apparently good on most cars...I can recommend a place in Macclesfield who'd probs do it for abt £100
