Dump vavles are fitted between the turbo outpipe(+ve pressure), and the throttle body. They dump the compressed air into the atmosphere (or back into the turbo intake) so it doesnt damage the throttle body, or stall the turbo. They are actuated by the vaccuum on the other side of the throttle body (in the manifold) when you close the throttle. You'll need a small rubber pipe from the manifold to the nipple on you're dump valve.

You will probably need to get a T-peice to fit it, cheapest place to get one is you're local B&Q, get a T-piece for copper pipe, they come in various different sizes & will be cheapo.

hope you can get

Okay then... Didn't ask how a dump valve works being a jap car veteran and avid turbo fan i know this it's just i need to know where the re-circ valve is to take off and where the new 1 goes and what type of valve. Fittin bov valves to the starlet and rx7 was never this hard!
