Sei front panel removal/install

Has anyone replaced a front panel, wing to wing, on a mk1 sei? I'm wondering if it's a possible DIY part, if so is it a weld or bolt on item, or if I need to take the car to a body work specialist?

Thanks,
G

It's weld and bolt on I believe, would probably need welding on a jig too.
