TOOLS YOU WILL NEED
Rhodorseal 5661 / polyurethan sealant of your choice
ratchet wrench
10mm socket
15mm socket
15mm spanner
extension bars for the ratch wrench
stanley knife / extra blades
old chisel / old screw driver
bucket / container for old engine oil
12mm allen key for the sump pan drain bolt
some old rags
new oil of your choice i used (Castrol Magnatec 10W-40)
new sump pan
new oil filter
2 axle stands / 2 metal ramps
1 x trolley jack if using axel stands

LETS GET STARTED
warm car up let the fan come on twice or go for a drive for 10 mins or so.
after the car is warm get it on on the axle stands or the metal ramps
and dont for get to chock the rear wheels as you will be going under the car ;)
after the car is safe and secure
get your bucket / container under the sump pan of the car and take out the oil filler cap and dipstick. undo the sump pan drain bolt (be careful as the oil will be warm/ hot)
take the old oil filter off as we will be replacing it
let all the oil drain out of the sump pan for about an hour.
so go for a cuppa tea (y)

after about an hour and all the oil is drained out
put the sump drain plug back in finger tight stops oil dripping on you while you are under the car.

take off the gear case guard there will be three 10mm screws holding it on.
after you have taken it off will will have to take off a bracket on the exhaust near the gear box which is held on by a 15mm nut and bolt .
now you should be able to get out the sump pan screws which are 10mm.
after you have got all the sump pan screws out you will need to run a Stanley knife around the sump pan edges to cut though the old sealant .
use a old chisel or screw driver to pry off the sump pan be careful not to damage the engine block.
keep cutting and plying it will come off just takes time .

after you get it off clean down the sump on the car make sure it is completely clean use a Stanley knife blade and a old screw driver sharpened.
wipe around the sump with an old rag to make sure its nice and clean no old sealant still on there.
when your happen and think it clean enough check you old sump pan against your new one to see if there are the same.
if the are the same clean the new sump pan edges i used brake cleaner on rag and wiped it down.

now you are ready to apply the sealant to the engine i used a little bit on my finger to put it on the engine on all the edges and sides.
now you can apply it to new sump pan i put a 8mm / 10mm bead around the whole sump pan and around the holes don't for get to put it around the holes :p

now go and stick it back on the car only tighten the screws up a little bit to allow the sealant to spread out.
after about 30mins and the sealant is nearly set tighten the sump pan screws to the correct toque (0.8Nm)

after a full 24hrs you can put back on the gear case guard and tighten to the correct torque (0.5Nm)
and put back on the exhaust bracket which you took off and tighten till its tight with the 15mm socket and spanner.

put on you new oil filter screw it until it bites the half a turn
check to see if the new sump pan drain bolt it tight
after you are happy with it fill the engine with the new oil correct amount
3.5 liters if you have changed the oil filter 3.1l if you have not changed the oil filter

after new oil is put in get the car down off the axle stands / ramps
check the dip stick to see if you have the correct amount of oil in
shut the bonnet and go for a drive
fingers crossed it dont leak :)
