| Rear Wiper switch operating the rear window heater Hi all, This morning when I started my 93/L Cinquecento and tried to put the rear wiper on, the rear window heater came on instead. Tried several times on way to work and was still adamant it wanted to warm up window. The rear washer button, made its usual noise but the rear wiper didnt move with it, like it normally does. However the rear fog light worked fine. Dodgy electrics? Water got in there? Any advice appreciated. Cinque, Cinque, Cinque, Cinque, Cinquecento, you come and go, you come and gooo wrong.

| mad bad and very very old | Re: Rear Wiper switch operating to the rear window heater Check the wiring to the contacts on the tailgate. There are connector pads on the aperture and sprung connectors on the tailgate which should mate up. The earth would be a prime candidate. Cheers D
