| custodian of imola blue | Re: new TB See the FAQ. A few people have used the bigger (can't remember if it's 34 or 36mm) from a Pugeot. A search should find it.

| Re: new TB 30mm for the cinq sporting. 32 from the punto 60, but u need to measure, because someone has found 30mm in a punto 60. the 32mm probably the cheapest to do, and it is plug and play

| TruBlu | Re: new TB as above, but remember you need the spacer from between the TB and inlet manifold as well as diameter matches the tb, no point having a 30mm spacer with a bigger TB . If you go for a 32mm from a punto60 you can use the one from the punto. go for anything bigger and you'll need a spacer to match making up. Have a search, theres plenty on this topic.

| I Need Beer | Re: new TB No a Punto 75 one will not fit, these are designed to be used with MPI setups and are "dry", if you compare them to your SPI one you will notice that they are missing the vital fuel injector that you need. the biggest one you can get off another car is a 36mm one from a 1.4 Peugeot/Citroen (one with webber fuel injection so not everone will fit) if you want bigger than that it is Tricker time

| Re: new TB Apparently there is something you can do with the 75, but it requires the machining of a new spacer, and matching up your original throttle body top to the bottom of the 75 TB. Simply because the the parts are nearly compatible, but as Allanhelen said, it's missing a fuel injector. I'm pretty sure that's right? Still learning all this myself heh. Luke.

But it's probably not worth the effort. If short of cash, I'd go the Pug route, otherwise, contact Tricker.

| Scandinavian Passion.... | Re: new TB Surely you can just split the throttle body from the sensor plate and replace it with the SPI injector/sensor plate.

| Re: new TB That's what I was thinking. I think the tricker is the best, enough air going in to turn up the fuel pressure regulator and get more BHP. Atleast that's what's been shouted about on here. 40mm throttle body for £100. Luke.

| I Need Beer | Re: new TB I am sure there was a great thread a long time ago on this ( i mean a long time at least a couple of years) but iirc it is not plug and play the nearest one is 32 mm punto 60 & 36mm PSA, I don't know the size of the the 75 tb but if it was bigger than 32mm and a direct swap it would be in use by loads of people

| Re: new TB The 75 has a 38mm throttle body, I was enquiring about the work gone into these a while ago. Luke.
