My Seicento project.

I wonder whether it is my project or problem. Turning my Cinquecento years ago into 1.2 16v seemed to be nothing in comparison.

It looks like my Seicento resists to get any conversion done.

When I first started to think aobout everything seemed to go well. But then 3 people managed to have 4 accidents in it and on top of it a tree decided to fall on it too. Of course little things like shocks and tyres and exhaust needed done too.

For a change it seems to look going uphill now.

Block is bored out and decked, head ported and flowed, pistons machined and MPI sender unit ready. I even manged to get the engine stand in position.

Trying to do a 1368 8v. Don't know what drove me to. I just thought I have to do it to see how much power I can get out of it.

Re: My Seicento project.

Should be fun. I've always wanted to supercharge on of the 1368s!

Not very difficult to do. It is just a bit costly. The conrods anf the crank really needs to come from the turbo units.

Re: My Seicento project.

Thanks, handy to know that the turbo 1.4 is further developed internally from the NA.

I have ordered a turbo conrod to see the difference and it is quite a difference.

I did mess. Have made the first water hoses for the Centos. This time I will get the first hoses.

Green induction tube will be gone soon. Top radiator hose will be replaced by a blue silicone one. Top header tank hose wil be replaced by blue silicone hose.

Once the 1368 is it will get a completely new air intake system.

I managed today to get the block on the engine stand.

If I don't fit them to my car people might wonder why I sell them and wouldn't fit them to my own car. Is a bit like the baker not eating his own produce.

Anyway, I start with tidying up the car, which makes it lighter and then I remove the unecessary bits that they left in the car when making it.
