As for the rear break conversion, do u need to replace the whole trail arm and the hub to have the uno brakes??

and can't wait till you finish, remeber to get some pics up of the car + engine bay
read the FAQ's and sticky posts in the cinq/sei section.
most of what you need to know is already on the forum!

Re: My seicento Project

i had to change all 3 engine mounts to standard sproting mounts also had to change the metal plate on the body on the engine side mount to the sportings plate then it was basically a straight fit.

wireing loom had to be cut/spliced into so that instrument lights would work on the instrument pannel ect....

rear uno brakes were straight bolt on had to use the unos rear hubs as seicento/cinquecento ones are offset by a few mm

gaz

Re: My seicento Project

well for one universal hinges are a load of ****, pay professionals like LSD to install them that way you get a garentee, the ones i had used to come out of alignment causing the wings to flex out and doors getting jammed or not being able to shut just complete nightmare.

LSD charge around £1000 to do them

Re: My seicento Project

your right i am poor lol overspent at crimbo, not really been doing much just been sorting niggly bits and bobs out with the turbo like fuel line keeps popping of the top injector as it keeps hitting my strutbrace and also got boost gauge, rev counter and volt meter to wire into the central vents, going for a rolling road + remap session on friday to get my car running properly as its fueling not set up right at the mo but i have no other car to drive so am using it for now (loads of wires hanging out on the passenger side for RPM and things lol)

will post pics when i get the chance, not really bothered with it untill it gets remapped as it stutters on acceleration at the mo i have to hold the go pedel in about 1cm to get it going cant floor it as it just makes the engine splutter. got my FCD workingfine now had the positive going to a perminant live so what ever setting it was on when connected it stayed on lol. so changed to ignition live and alls fine

gaz
