can someone tell me where I can purchase a rear spoiler, sideskirts etc

and something else, if not primed and ready painted to the required colour can it be painted with an ordinary spray paint can?

how do rub down the surface and what preparations need to be made?

i think most bits will come already primed and can be painted direct from a spray can, but i always think that spraying should be left to the pros, it wouldnt cost much to spray skirts and spoiler
