Re: Blue Lights

umm not sure tbh, but could always remove the dim dip fuse (like arc has done (and maybe ash not sure?)) so when u have the lights switched on on first notch u only have the sidelight bulb lit up, in which case they would show, not sure how much they'd show with the lights on though, if you get some get pics

Re: Blue Lights

Yeah 501 are the sidelights type, so 501's will work as sidelights and just plug stright in.

Re: Blue Lights

Are different colour sidelight bulbs legal? even if you dont use them apart from shows, meaning that you just use the headlights?

most of the led ones (other than white) will say for show or off road use only, as some cops may overlook it, others may pull you for it (or use it as an excuse to have a look at your insurance docs etc)

oh and they're always on with the headlights too (unless you remove the fuse )

Re: Blue Lights

im pretty sure mot requires sidelights (as parking lights depend on the sidelights having a fuse and well working ) so will have to be swapped to originals for mot time

Re: Blue Lights

when you have your lights on the first notch, it has the sidelight bulb lit up, and the dip light is on but dimmer than normal, the dip/dim fuse is the one for the dimmed circuit so that when you have it on the first notch only the sidelights are switched on
