Unhappy i want to kill nova drivers
i got hit by a nova driver yesterday and he smashed all the bk end of my car its know 4inches shorter and the roof has kind of crumped.
Is it possible to fix this or do i hav to find a new sie

If only my car could fly i would never sit in a traffic jam again and there would be no reason for teh boy in the nova to ram my bk end cause he wants to race.

he has no insurance and i cant afford to tell the company cause they **** me in the ass anyway with the insurance never mind next years cost

Its gona be cheaper to pay a couple more hundred on insurance next year then spending acouple of grand on a new car

My premium went down, even tho i had a prang! and it was my fault! so all is not always lost!

Hang on, if that's the case he will be arrested, charged with driving without insurance (therefore probably without TAX aswell), you will be due the insurance money from the pot that all insurance companies pay for and as it wasn't your fault (back hits are very rarely up for discussion) you will not be affected by your insurance.

The roof being damaged implies the car will be unfixable to me at least, hence you will lose a lot more if you don't go through your insurance. You will also not have to pay your excess I do believe in this case.

On top of that, the Nova driver will be in a lot of trouble.

i phoned the coppers but they said that they couldnt do anything and just to walk away. and teh guy already is in hospital with really bad injurys. serves him rite for hitiing my baby Do any of u know anyone sellin a cheap sei???????

The police wouldnt say that, hes commited a crime and even if they wouldnt deal with it that minute they will eventually

Hes in hospital with injurys from the accident?

The police wouldn't say that.....phone them again and ask for a proper policeman, they will explain to you how to go through the insurance combined pot that they all have to pay into for non-insured drivers hitting people. Your insurance company will also explain this to you when you phone them up
