I know this topic has prob been done to death....

But was just wondering if I get a musical one and KEEP the original horn it'll pass the MOT and be legal right?

Obviously seperate switches for each.Lol

Re: Air horns

yeah, dont connect horns direct to battery they need to go through something, if i knew what the something was i would of done it

it also doesnt help keeping your hand on the horn for most of a 3 hour journey to skegness

Re: Air horns

i would imagine if you used the orginal horn connection it will be ok, but for some reason mine wouldnt work, so conencted it direct to battery, it did go through a relay though, but it still managed to fook it up

i have no horn at the mo cause i have left them disconnected until i can find out what to do

Re: Air horns

Just what you need! A horn that plays La Cucaracha when you beep someone for nearly hitting you

Re: Air horns

I was gonna wire up my musical air horn straight to the battery using a push button switch in the car, and keeping the fog horn air horn as my my main one(wired up through exsiting horn cables)

Maybe i wont be doing that then.
