rub strips removal

does anyone if its possible to remove rubstrips from a 2001 seicento sporting as I think they look junk.

If its the black rubber thing along the doors, don't chuck them as I might be interested- what colour are they in??

i wouldnt bother removing them mate! makes it look like a bogo seicento!!

i agree with digimods on this one - i have the same rubber strips on my 2001 and unless you plan to fill in the groves left behind to smooth the doors off i'd just leave it the way it is.

Yeh agree, it looks pants with the grooves on the doors so i fitted some SX ones to my Sei to cover em, don't do it!!!!

do you reckon the strips off the new seis would fit onto mine.
donz' sei has em, there black and have sporting written on them?

if not how much did you pay for the strips cento?

i have seen someone sumwhere putting mk2 side strips on a mk1 - should be easy enough to do.

Yeah mine are Mk2 SX strips i think?!? I paid £38 or thereabouts

yeah pretty easy
just need to fill in a hole thats left
i used a rubber bung off a sparco pedal until I can get to a dealer for some mk2 sporting strips.
