YUP i have pretty simple days wrk, take a look here http://jonesycinquecento.4t.com. I jus cut the plastic out with a jigsaw slowly, sanded and sprayed. Then cut and bent the mesh to the rite size so it was flush. Then used plenty of silicon sealent and Gaffer tape to hold it in place for a couple of days while the silicon set. Its been fine i think it wud only come off if kicked hard.

1242 it, 9.odd secs to 60, into the red top speed, and stunned looks from those you overtake. A hoot for not much dosh.

1242 engine £150.
DIY full job less than £400.
Van Aaken turbo conversion another £1500

Uno turbo engine - big work, different driveshafts, gearbox linkages, bulkhead mods (probly?) and the associated headaches of having an engine that wasn't designed to go in there.

three grand plus?

Pete.

standard sporting tyres are 165/55 r 13's btw.

1242 turbo should kick out 95bhp plus I would have thought, the 1108 turbo is rated at 85.
