how you doinnnng people? lol i havent posted a thread on here in ages...been too long! just a lil news...my cinq has just had its head gasket replaced and a new cam belt !!! cost me(altogether) 130 pounds! haha kit from a local dealer near me called 'parrs' cost me 50 smackers! paid my mate 50 pounds to do it for me :P and to get my head skimmed 30 pounds...so well chuffed with that 1, had oil change ect ect...running nice and smooth, anyway....now the styling! i dont know if u can remember but i posted up pics of 'Team Dyanmics' alloys that i brought off ebay a good year back now! n that i was goin to spray them matt black, i did that in the end! brought them! had troubles with the offset n rubbin on the back arch, so decided to buy some spacers off ebay 32mm ones! WIDE look haha...but unfortunatly the spacers i brought wasnt hubcentric! big no no...garage said they would not fit them, due to it being too unsafe...oh dear! haha so iv decided.....

spray my standard cinq alloys matt black??

iv done a few small mods to the car....smoothing and spraying

i got myself a genuine Abarth Spoiler....sprayed matt black and fitted...

iv sprayed my wind mirrors matt black...

im going to spray my front grill on my front bumper...err...matt black? haha

recently smoothed off my boot and rear bumper! looks pretty good for a home made job tbh!

but less of the text and s**t lol...

i realised my cinq has already been lowered 40mm by my previous owner? but 40mm doesnt do it for me :P

i want to go LOWER! 60mm?? but as its still my first car.....i dont want to spend too much money on the car...just incase i cant get the money back for it! :P

im sitting on standard cinq alloys 155/65/13... (155 i want wider ! haha, has anyone tried 175's on a cinq??)

has anyone got pics of lowered cinqs 60mm?? (iv seen a couple in other threads buttt lol any moreee? lol)

and any pics of black standard alloys on a yellow cinq??

Just wondering how old are you and what insurance are you with that is allowing you to do those mods to your first car e.g. lowering ect?

alryt mate, yeh im 18, n currently insuraned with 'endsleigh' n yeah they allow it, i just gotta tell them what iv done to the car ect. but all the mods iv actually done myself are just visual, so doesnt effect the insurance atall....but if i was goin to do anything to inhance its performance....it would higher the insurance and there for need to inform my insurance company to get a new quote ect...

oh really? haha...iv just got two brand new set of tyres....155's for the front or watever...but i fort 175s wudnt fit the standard alloy wud it ? well if so im gna get some haha isit a straight swap then yeh? and has any1 got pics of 175's on a cinq? because obviously there wider than 155s...so would look better

What a load of crap!

Any mod visual or not should be declared.

The alloys, spoiler should be declared as they are aftermarket products and werent standard from the factory as well as impending lowereing springs

People like above are why my insurance has risen slightly this year!

175/50/13 tyres are perfect for 13" 5.5j wheels.

haha fair point :P im still yet to get a real quote on myself as i need to ring up the company soon as...and all im doing is sprayin the alloys n added a spolier...n bits of smoothing here n there...no performance inhancement

so what? a mod is a mod end of, you cant justify and try and beat the system in the way you are attempting to

Endsleigh allow free visual mods. Don't know if they need to be declared but yea, I guess they might not need to be if they are free anyway.
