Fitting arbath skirts 2day any tips.

Ello all my freind is fitting my arbath side skirts today, i would fit them myself but i have broke my right femur witch is a bummer. So i was just wounderin if you have any tips to help us out any would be a great help.

best way to do it is to jack the car up on one side (use axel stands too!) and put the 2 wheels plus the spare (cover with cloth) against the skirt while the black sticky stuff is drying, you dont have to stand there for hours that way [8D]

How did you manage to break that? I did that when I was five, got hit by a car though![V]

But I'm fine now, no lasting damage, tration was pants though and I was too young to appreciate the nurses attention!

fitted my side skirts today. well worth the wiat and money they look real good, im well happy with the out come.

Looks sweet... What did you do with the long black strip of plastic stuff? Also is it actually screwed in underneath the car? If so, how on earth did u manage to get the drill under there with it just resting on the curb?

And... whats that metal thing? I didnt get one with mine.

The metal thing goes on the end of the tube of goop, and when wound, esures that all the goop comes out.

Should be fitted as standard to toothpaste tubes whenever women are in residence.

Ok, anyone know what the black plastic snake is for? :p And are those skirts actually screwed on, or did u put rivets in them.. cos there's some strange looking tool on the ground in the pitcure... certainly not a screwdriver :p

The black plastic snake is a sealing strip. It goes betwn the Skirt and the car, so no water can get to the adhesive from the top!
