Bodykit fitting

I've just picked up my bits from the bodyshop all ready to be fitted by yours truly :D:D:D
Bumpers are easy enough, but with the abarth sideskirts i want to use rivets to hold it in at the rear arch and all the way underneath (easy peasy), but i'm not sure what to use to stick the tops of the skirts to the sill of the car.
The instructions Fiat have given me with the sideskirts recommend using double sided tape, which is PANTS as we all now won't last 5 mins.
The bodyshop recommended tiger seal or silicone sealant-the stuff they use to fit double glazing.
Does anyone have experience of this and/or can recommend any other products[?][?]
Fanks in advance

Donz has donated!
halfords do some 2500PSI adhesive glue, takes 24hrs to set but the rivets will hold it in place.

GONE IN 60 MINS

you could try mastick - from any DIY shop. When I had my Golf GTI one of the side strips fell off and I stuck it back on with that - it NEVER came off again!
