wheel boss

hey, im after a new steering wheel, however the only boss kits i have seen have been for seicento or a cinquecento with with the sei steering column, is there one for the old style cinq?if not could i replace the old column with a sei one?

There is one for the earlier Cinq. Swapping the columns is possible, but is far more involved than at first appears, mainly because the old steering lock/ignition switch won't fit the new column and you therefore need a new lock set and a new immobiliser box................

Re: wheel boss

MOMO, OMP, Mountney and Ektor all make boss kits for the old style Cinq. You can order the mountney and MOMO boss kits from Halfords (I think they were about £40-£45 each) OMP you can get from demon tweeks.

I ended up buying the eKtor boss kit (£23 off ebay), big mistake: poor quality, very bad design, actually ended up having to re design the indicator cancelling pin, and re-wire the brass washer that connects the horn button. My advice is save your money and go for the MOMO kit.
