as the title says, do any of you recommend a good grease for gear linkage?
I got mine replaced few months back due to my gear links snapping, so looking to keep them in good free flowing nick.
preferably not a spray on grease :)

thanks in advance

You mean the cables?
They are factory greased, but a little Teflon grease doesn't hurt.

Yeah the cables, the ones I had originally which snapped when I bought the car were all rusted at the top close to the circular head on the prong that shifts in and out. Excuse the lack of names, I'm not the best at car parts etc. So, when I got these new ones fitted, I want to make sure they don't end up like the ones I inherited.

Just don't use the classic WD-40 as many out there use.

I use Permatex White Lithium PTFE spray ;)
