rear whhel arches down the bottom near the sills have stone chips. have seen transparent type stick on type of things on some citroens to protect against this.....any ideas where i can get similar for my stilo ?

The street KA's have similar things on theres, but they are colour coded rather than transparent from teh looks of things.

Just try sourcing a pair from citreon, and adapting them to fit

are you talking about that stick on body protector usually its for sills in the door shut (high traffic area) i think its 3m product , think they do a spray on version as well?

Thats the stuff!!

i found something in good old halfords..its called folia tech which is a transparent film type thing. basically you spray the area to be covered and also the sticky side of the film with water (once it has been peeled away from the backing) then slide into place and trim to suit with the mini stanley knife supplied and use the credit card type plastic scraper to ease out the excess water. the area i wanted to cover meant a little patience and i felt my wallpapering skills coming into play ha ha ! it should have been £22.50 but came up as £11.99 so i didnt complain at the checkout and there is still lots left over ......anyway thanks for the advice guys. took some pics of my car and will get them on the site asap
