water here is full of lime, that cant be good to use as a lube

Make up your own lube with a bit of shampoo and water then. Or megs last touch mixed in with water aswell.

But the lime is disolved in solution the only time your going to have a problem is if your doing it on a hot day and the water dries on the car then using filtered or de-mineralised water would be a safer bet..

well you could however it will offer less protection than plain water

I have been using Bilt Hamber, with water & a splash of Meg's Shampoo Plus in to add lubricity.

I have just bought some Dodo Juice clay, Gentle Grey & Purposeful Purpe to try next.

Used Clay for the firsts time the other day - Bilt and Hammer or something like that.
Plenty of water for Lube as directed.

The a good polish with Meguirs gold class stuff............Click image for larger version
