Re: turtle wax

you'll probably get a couple of month out of it..

you'd be wise to have a read of this:

http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/foru...ead.php?t=4637

the cheaper waxes last a few months but for longevity your better off doing it in steps with a different product for each stage

Clay- to remove any bonded contaminants eg tree sap, industrial fallout,

polish- to remove any minor blemishes such as fine scratches

LSP/ sealant a synthetic coating to seal the clean paintwork after polishing and keep it that way

then a Wax on top to give it shine

have a scout on the detailing world website for all you need to know and a hell of a lot more besides but leave before you start suffering from OCD

Re: turtle wax

Turtle wax every couple of months and a wash with wash and wax as required is probably just fine. Turtle wax is an LSP.
