Clutch Trouble

Hey guys

I've got a 1998 Mk1 Punto 60 s

Recently been getting a bit of a crunching when i depress the clutch.

I can hold it in a position where there is a grinding noise from the engine.

This doesn't happen on a cold start, only when its been driven.

This happens when the car is in neutral and when its being driven.

Someone has suggested that it could be the Thrust Bearing? Big job?

I only got it in November. Since then i've discovered an oil leak and now this.

Should i clean it up and sell it on? Or try and fix it?
