Ok so..... I'm new here so hello :) I got my first Fiat Bravo T-Jet 150 2007 Model and let me tell you, since I got the car I LOVED IT! But as anyone does I started to want to tinker with it and I'm starting this thread as people might have questions about what I done and also how I did it ect, anyways my Journey started with the dream of my Bravo getting to 200 BHP Witch will reality soon and not so much a dream as I have most things in place. Just waiting for my De-Cat downpipe then I can get it remapped to 200BHP, for anyone interested this is my list of mods
*Induction kit
*Dual Friction Performance Clutch
*Butterfly Valve Exhaust (bypasses middle resonatior and back box) Controlled by a remote (Open/Closed)
*Xeon Headlights 8000K
*Tinted windows And Lights
*Lowered 30mm On front and 40mm on back
*Rear window wiper delete
*Debadged
*Ragazzon Stainless Steel Catalyst Replacement Down Pipe (Waiting on Delivery)
*LED Interior lights
*LED Fog lights and Number plate lights
Ok I think I covered everything, I've learned a lot since starting and will more than likely learn more as I carry on my journey, the car will be getting remapped once my De-Cat downpipe arrives and they are confident I can get to 200BHP With a stage 2 Remap so that'll be fun haha, Any questions don't hesitate to ask me :) look forward to meeting others with the same cars

Sounds super do you have any pictures of the beautiful car? [emoji3]

I have a few but it was before I lowered it and done the rear wiper delete but I'll upload some :) IMG_1084.JPGIMG_1047.JPG

Need to get some proper ones with the lights on and stuff

Do you have some pictures, codes of the clutch induction kit?

I've got 194 wheel hp, on a Bravo 120 hp, with VL36 turbo and a Ragazzon downpipe,
I'm sure you can get more that that with the bigger cams of the t-jet150.

http://www.clutch-specialists.co.uk give these guys a ring, they custom made my clutch kit they have about a week turn around from placing your order witch is pretty good

This is where I got my clutch, custom made to what ever setup you guys have and really nice people http://www.clutch-specialists.co.uk

Thanks for the info, will contact them. Only problem is im in Asia (Singapore).

What was the total cost in all and what components did they custom make for you? Just pressure plate and driven platDoes it drive the same? Just doesn't slip at high rpm & boost? I'm getting slips on 4th gear when boost kicks in at 1.3bar 3.5krpm when I mash the pedal.

Regards

Clutch feels abit different, harder biting point but you get used to it, and they custom make everything but the fly wheel, they make them to accommodate the fly wheel so no need to change them

I am still using the standard clutch, it has about 40-50k km on it now, definitely will not change it until it goes bad.

What i would do at the same time however is replace the flywheel with a lighter smf and a sprung clutch disk.. with whatever ceramic-miracle-compound.

The clutch I got from the company was a sprung clutch, they make it to work with the original dual mass fly wheel, the only reason I got it is because my clutch started slipping

*UPDATE* The De-Cat Downpipe came! Fitted it, easy job for anyone with abit of common sense. Cars booked in at Car Torque on Thursday for it's stage two remap and Dyno Tune Excited much! :)

Nice one mate! sounds like its gonna be a fun car. If you've got Facebook look up Bravo Enthusiasts. There's a load of guys and gals that would love to talk about your bravo! (y)

Just did that mate thanks for the heads up! Loads of canny blokes on there

Dyno'd at 187 brake but I was using normal fuel so I've changed to v-power and getting it re dyno'd

It'll be interesting to see what the difference in results are.

My old mito with the 155hp (1.4Tjet) slightly different turbo to the bravo stated in the handbook to make the full claimed HP it should be ran on 98ron + and was printed on the sticker on the petrol cap too!

I cant imagine the bravo is any different, we only ever run ours on vpower nitro stuff

Hi there,
How difficult was it to self install the downpipe? Do you need to hoist the car up?

Did you have to install new gaskets??

Cheers
