Tuning Water/Meth Injection

hi, did you consider E85 fuel? it is like half a way to water/meth. I use to use it (before lpg conversion) and i was very happy with it. Same setup and ~ +20hp just by using different fuel.
It has very good cooling effect too, very resistant to knocking (allows almost ideal ignition timing) and it is quite available / cheap in my country.

Hi Little_Boy,

Its been a while! Unfortunately, we dont have E85 here.. so thats not an option for me

That is a shame, supporting E85 it is like one positive thing on eco craziness here in eu :)
For water/meth what about using normal kind of fuel pump + fuel injector? Some kind of fuel pump used to have pressure regulator build in and fuel injector can be controlled simply by switching battery voltage on it.... just idea.

It is important that any water injected is atomised properly, otherwise it just puts the fire out, giving less power, and potentially doing damage. An injector designed for petrol may not work well for water, and may have a short life if internal parts corrode. Best to stick with purpose-made injectors.
