Hi for all.Sorry to open a new thread, but there is nothing similar with my problem.Couple a weeks ago i had a major leak from fuel filter and it turned out that my "water in fuel" sensor snapped.Bought a new one,but i had to change the filter as well because the inside tread was damaged. No more leaks, but the problem is the warning light on the dashboard saying to check fuel filter. On multi ecu scan there is no error, but regardless every time i start the engine gives me the error followed by that yellow light that is permanently on.Anyone had this problem before and sort it?
Fiat Bravo 1.9 mjet 16v 150 sport 2007.
Thanks in advance

I know this sounds stupid. But did you check you've plugged it in? When I changed my fuel filter, I forgot to plug the sensor back in after I put the new filter in. Rofl.

I did unplugged first and then plugged back in.If you unplugged it the eml light will show.So that's out of the list. Many thanks for your suggestion.

When you attached the fuel filter pipes to the filter, did you run the car as it it ? Or did you vacuum the air out of the filter before you ran it ?

I did bleed the fuel filter and then run it.i also had to bleed the injectors as well because i run out of diesel and when i put diesel in the tank wouldnt start because of the fuel sensor being broke, which i only realised after that
