Guys.
How can I remove my interior windscreen mirror from its holding clamp ?
I want to replace it with another one as mine is delaminating.
I know there is a small push ball at the rear of the mirror that holds it in place but I cant budge it.

I recently watched a windscreen repair technician and he just had to pull it off, it was quite a struggle. It just seemed to slide back into position and finally clicks in place. Good luck

That's what I thought but there is a spring loaded plastic ball on the mirror that releases into the holder and the stubborn fooker dosent want to move

I've removed mine and replaced it with one from a fiat Stilo ( the mirror is slightly larger)
do as it was suggested bynigel3a. I can confirm it works. just slide it up parallel with the windscreen.

Yes the screen was out. I hate to say it but if it were me I would try a tap from a rubber hammer I think you have to shock the ball out of the way and they can be very hard to move. You could always go to an auto windscreens place and ask if they can get it loose probably worth a fiver to do this.

Still can't figure out how to remove this..
Any ideas fellas??
