I would like to ask if someone has cleaned up the lambda sonda. My car has sometimes a very high comsuption, and i think is is not related to FAP regeneration. I dont know whether is possible to clean up the sonda or I have to buy another one directly. Cheers

How did you clean the lambda sensor up? Cheers.

Today I have cleaned the lambda sensor up and the car is working worse than before. The consumption has increased a lot. The sensor was cleaned up with a toothbrush, i didn't use alcohol. It was dirty, with very very soot. Any idea. I'm going to check what's happens tomorrow with MES but i dont know what's values aré right. Thanks a lot.

No point to clean an oxygen sensor... there is nothing to clean... most likely you damaged it now

Just replace it with an original one.

It seems that.... But i dont know How it is possible to damage a sensor with a toothbrush? I cannot believe it.
I think after 260.000 km the sensor was at the end of live.
Is it BOSCH the original one? Does anyone know it?. Thanks a lot.

Ok. Do you know whether BOSCH is the original one? Tomorrow i will buy it. Thanks.

dunno, get the cheapest fake new one or buy original used

MAF, MAP, and lambda sensors are very important in motor function so dont buy aftermarket even the originals sensors are expensive.
Others sensors you can buy they aftermarket.

Totally agree. This morning bought a new one from Bosch, 130 euros.
Regards
