Main possible issue could be the infamous M32 gearbox. You should listen for whining or other suspicous sounds, easpecially on 5th and 6th. You can make a quick search here on the forums for more details, there are plenty of topics on the gearbox.
Another issue could be faulty A/C actuators. Play with the A/C to make sure it is blowing the correct temperature in each of the two zones. I.e. not blowing warm from one side when set to cold, etc.
That's pretty much all I can think of, I let the others give their 2 cents. Gearbox should be your main argument for bringing the price down. Just say you've read all the horror stories about these gearboxes and you're afraid you could draw the short straw with this car, etc.
