Hi Guys

I currently have a issue with a Rattling Sound which appears after 15mins of driving, It sounds as if it's coming from the rear passenger side wheel.

I have replaced all brake pads.
When driving straight I can hear a slight rattle when driving quicker the sound is louder also when turning slightly Left the sound gets louder And when I apply the brakes no sound?

What could this be?

Bad Bearing, Caliper , CV Joint, ??? I can't pinpoint the problem.

P.S

I do remember a friend who was driving behind me did say looked like my wheel was wobbling when driving quicker? No Shaking in Steering Wheel.

Have you checked the wheel is nuts are torqued correctly? Seems like the obvious place to begin.

I don't think the nuts have been torqued to the correct amount? Since I changed the tyres at a tyre place.

I have noticed that the Rattling sound appears maybe when Ive warmed the rear brakes up then the rattling/squealing sound appears could this be down to cheap brakes? "they are brand new less than 1month old"

Stick a torque wrench on and check? If you've not got one to hand I'd take it back to the tyre place - just check the wheels aren't going to fall off on the way.

It could be the brakes - again, get the wheel off and have a look at them.

I very doubt its the torque, I only have the rattling sound when the car has done some harsh breaking - When I had my rear pads changed one of the caliper was seized i had that replaced with a brand new caliper.

I think that the other side might be seized as well maybe its not releasing the pads correctly causing it the scrape against the disc when turning corners?
