Hi chaps further to my earlier post. I borrowed an injector leak off test kit of my mechanic friend.

My symptoms are rich running at idle and poor MPG so i was concerned about over fueling or leaking injector. Listening to them they all appear to be reacting to the signal to open (nice consistent clicking noise heard with screwdriver to ear jobby).

Can anyone tell me what the correct leak to the fuel return should be or help me interpret my findings ?

I have attached a photo of my results of running the car at idle for about 5 minutes (cant seem to integrate it into the post)

Given that my symptoms are over-fueling I am lead to believe that injectors 3&4 are suspect as the fuel has entered the combustion chamber rather than the return ?

Is this correct/any other opinions.

Ta
Mike

That looks simlar to mine, about 30k ago I noticed rough running, put cleaner through and it slightly improved but never really recovered, the returned fuel has increased over time so I believe the injectors are clogging, causing a decrease in performance and thus worse economy.
