Someone remember how to remove this part?

you first need to remove the grey/carbon fiber part/ bezel that surrounds the climate control and the cigarette lighter and the gear stick.
it's held on with screws.
Then remove the cigarete lighter/ashtray/ cubby
then you can unscrew the last few screws that hold in the climate control menu.

didyou sort it ? The unit was fitted with the dash , and is really hard to actually remove. You can unscrew it by removing the gearstick surround and going in from below. The lighter part comes out first to reveal the bottom screws, above your hand is the screws to remove the stereo headunit surround (x6) you will then have a very loose but not removeable aircon controller. If you are trying to get it off to clean the screen behind the plastic as i did, it can be unclipped when loose but you still wont get the actual unit out without removeing the dash screws. which means the entire dash will be liftable, but its hours of work.
