Had P0133 o2 sensor circuit slow response, for the second time since I had the car, first time (March this year) I reset it and all was good, this time I've replaced the sensor with an OE one, looking through the cars history it had the sensor replaced in Oct 14 (no idea why)

Question is should it look like this at less than a year old?
