The air conditioning only works on the drivers side and is nice icy cool air, it will sometimes works on passenger, but not regularly and most annoying! This bit of information might be helpful for diagnosis the passenger air side vents are really hot like this air should be going outside rather than inside the cabin! I am guessing this is a sticky or stuck dampener/air flap! Any ideas where the fault may lie would be helpful!

Good thread, I'm having the same issue! Cold air coming out of the drivers side (fortunately!) and boiling out of the passenger side.

Took me a while driving the car home to try to understand with the air con on fully cold why it wasn't getting all that cold in the car as a whole!

I've ordered the parts from my local dealer. Does anyone know if there is a way to just push open (or closed) the flaps manually in the mean time?

Thanks.

this exact problem happened to me the other day after leaving the car off for a few hours and switching it back on it worked fine again really weird.
