Hi all,

Ive started to burn the elearn software to CD's however i have a couple of questions about it.

1: so far ive burned parts 1,2 &3 and so far they all appear to be exactly the same. Is there actually any need to burn all 8 parts?

2: Is there any coverage for the 1.6Mjet diesel engines ad i only see 1.4petrol and 1.9 diesel engines listed so far. If the 1.6diesel is covered, which part is it in?

Cheers

If you're referring to the Bravo eLEARN workshop manual in the forum downloads section, it only covers the 1.4 and 1.9 engines.

Yeah i am, thanks that answers that for me.

Not sure why you are burning all 8 parts ... the rar files need to be merged to make one image file, you then either burn or mount that.
Don't know how to do that. When I extract them I get 1 iso file for each part, the size of which is about 631mb. Given Davrens answer above I'm not sure if its any good to me anyway.

Thanks guys.

You should only get one .iso from all the tomes of the archive. Before extracting, put all archive files in the same directory and only open the first one. Extract the .iso from there and don't bother opening the rest of the archive files, you don't need to do that.

When the .iso is extracted, you can test it with a program such as DaemonTools - it can emulate as if the .iso was burned and will open it in a virtual CD reading device. Just open Daemon Tools (it has a free version), browse to the .iso, select Mount and the emulated CD will appear in your computer's drive list. You can then open eLearn and use it as if it was burned on an actual CD.

You can then actually burn the .iso image to a real CD by using a CD burning software - there are plenty of them on the web.
