I'm new to the forum and the world of Fiats!

Tomorrow I'm going to view a 2007 Bravo Sport 1.4 T Jet, if all goes well then I'll be buying!

I'm curious to know what I would need to do to the blue and me system in order to make it compatible with my iPhone 6 and allow me to stream music as well as make/take calls from my phone? Do these have built in Aux ports?

Is there anything else I should look out for when viewing/test driving?

Pretty sure blue and me is compatible with all. There's no aux port but there is a USB port so just load up a USB! Hope this helps

You'll be able to pair your phone for making and taking calls, don't know about iPhone but with Samsung S5 you can't stream music, I have a USB stick for that

You can buy a blue and me adaptor which connects to your iPhone with that you can play music even YouTube videos work so the sound comes from the speakers. I have a iphone 6+ and works perfect with the adaptor

you may need to update the blue and me system but that's later on when you buy the car. If the phone isn't playing music through speakers then you know it needs updating.

Check everything is working door windows side mirrors lights. Open bonnet and check oil level etc. Take it for a good spin. When it was Serviced and what got done.

I have an iphone 6+. In order to take and make calls you only need to pair it to the Bluetooth menu, in order to play music and control it with your steering wheel you need the iPod blue and me adapter and an officially licensed Apple lightning cable. You may need an update to. But it may work without. It will even display the song names on your trip display. In fact it will also play any sound that your iPhone would normally make. I've spent many breaks at work watching Netflix in cinema sound using a mount I have for the dashboard.

I also have an iPhone6 connected via the Blue&Me dongle and it works brilliantly. I can stream any audio, including podcasts and Spotify, and control it from the steering wheel buttons. Track names appear on the dash display. SatNav apps will use the speakers for directions, pausing music automatically. Plus it charges the phone. Best £50 I ever spent!

It's free as far as I know. You'll need a formatted memory stick and follow the instructions on www.blueandme.net

Got the adaptor and it was working fine up until yesterday, now it doesn't play music from my phone, it does charge. Thought it might be the Amazon lead I was using so tried the Apple one, same thing.

Two friends have tried their iPhone 5s and they both worked perfectly fine. I cannot for the life of me work out why my phone doesn't want too play media all of a sudden!

Any suggestions?

Try switching the phone off and on if you haven't done that already.

Could any advise/help me please

I'll give that a try, silly I know but I can't for the life of me remember if I have done that already, my phone has been playing up lately as it is.

From my very little experience with the Bravo and Blue and Me I would suggest try updating the software on the car first if you haven't already.

It needs updating. Mine did that to vibrate and not do anything else. After i updated the software it works fine

You need a usb memory stick, format this make sure nothing is on it.

Follow the instructions on the website. It's a tad confusing but you will get around it.
There are two software update versions you have to do both in order. Then it will work

Download on usb, take it to the car and plug in make sure the phone bluetooth is off turn car to mar don't turn it on, it will say updating then complete. Then you put the usb back into the computer and it will give you the right software update. Scroll all the way down. Once you put the files on your usb you will need to unzip them once done you take it back to the car plug it in turn to mar it will say updating which can take 10 min do not take usb out until it says completed or an error message comes.
Repeat it for the second software update.

It took me a good few attempts as I kept getting error messages but worked at the end

Another vote for rebooting the phone. I had the same thing shortly after I got my adapter and this fixed it. Has been fine ever since.
