My left front fog light is not working anymore. How do I replace it? The owners manual says I need to go to a fiat dealer to do this. Can I replace it myself. Must the bumper come of, must I take the wheel off etc.

You may be able to access this via the it can be removed for access. lower front grille. I read this on here somewhere. If the bumper has to go It is pretty simple. 4 Screws in each wheel arch and the ones across the bottom and then pull each side out at the wheel arch and lift the bumper down. To remove the bulb turn a quarter of a turn and then pull out. New bulb comes with a bulb holder so is simple to change I took my front bumper off a couple of weeks ago to fit a decent horn. I broke the fog lamp bulb holder so found out the hard way about these things. If you remove any trim like bumper or grill GO GENTLY it is all very thin poor quality stuff and will break as soon as you smile at it. Good luck. PS this job need two people.

The bulbs are easily replaced without lifting the car, let alone removing the bumper or stuff like that! I've done it 10 times while testing different bulbs; the first time may take you like 5 minutes and then it's even faster. Mind you my car is even lowered.

Thanks for the advise. I just read your advise now, twisted and turned and the light bulb was out. Light bulb was fine. Seems to have been the connection to the fog light which was not in place properly.
