very doubtful, even if there are screws or clips you wont access them until the complete bumper is off the car

the crash structure is in the way, remember the bumper you see is just a skin

Try going to a local fiat garage and ask one of the mechanic how to remove it? Im sure its just a 30min job to remove it all.
