Help me to understand what you want to do.
Do you want to take some wires from the existing 12 socket and run the under the center console and mount a new 12v soket and 2 USB on the back of the center console somewhere under the rear vents?

Yeah basically that, just need to know where the screws are holding everything together then it's plain sailing from there on in

I think that to do that it would be enough to just pull up on the gearstick gaiter then you could access the 12v socket wires and connect to them.
At the back you pull towards the rear on the piece below the vents, then fish the wires through.

I pull out cables for 12V socket-one is in the trunk, one behind of center console under vent, one is in glove compartment.
I removed that one by gear stick
