Hi
I have just installed Clarion NX 501ER - Fiat Bravo 1.4 (2010).
Used Connects2 CT23FT05A-1 FIAT BRAVO 2007 ONWARDS DOUBLE DIN FASCIA FASCIA ADAPTOR PANEL KIT - fits perfectly.
Re FIAT original ISO connector - there is only one wire with 12 Volts supply (Grey/Red Color). It should be connected to the Clarion Yellow wire (Battery).
An additional wire to be connected to the Clarion Red Wire - Ignition (have connected to the cigarette lighter power supply).
Green wire to be connected to the radio casing (in order to bypass brake connection), it is not necessary to use relays or other switches.
Other connections are ok.[/ATTACH][/ATTACH][/ATTACH]
Everything works fine, the sound quality is good.

It is a quick and easy job, no additional works required.
Once the fascia is in, then the cage goes in and the edges clamped by spreading the tabs.

Have received a rear camera (made in China, 14 US$, 4 weeks waiting time),

Easy to install, power supply connected to the reverse light.

Thanks. Will be buying the ebay HU and rear camera.

My new HU should arrive next week.. fingers crossed and i can get the reverse camera and parking sensors installed.. as for the gps i know its a tad late now but mine went just behind the rear view mirror like the factory one would, there is even a slight cut out for the cable

Which HU unit are you going for?

the same one swifty has, i got mine before him but had to send mine back for repair/upgrade and with it being new year it has taken forever to come back

Hi,I'm about to get this unit delivered next week & purchased it based on this thread & your positive experiences. I have also purchased the reversing camera you recommended.

My question is can you give me a bit of an idiot proof guide as to how to swap this unit in or any issues you had & what the solution was etc....

Bro go to page 6 I posted what to do with camera to save cutting into car electric on this thread look at bottom of page click it and go to page 6 install for radio and camera is there,just take out cables and put into back of new one.gt does come with a whole load of leads which you may use but not straight away keep them safe just incase.

Get radio removal keys you know what ones

My removal keys

Duno how much use this is to anybody found it out by accident,that as I have a rear camera installed via the upgraded radio that I can record my journeys from the rear too saving it on to the memory of the radio

Thats awesome! Do you think with a front camera installed and an av switcher you could switch to front camera for road recording and press a button or wire it in so when reverse is hit you switch to rear?? Hmmm

Well the guy said you can get a bluetooth camera from them icebox,which you clip to rear view mirror to record front of car,didn't say nothing about the reverse one lol
