Looks really Amazing Mate, Cant wait to get mines :DD

Also near the Cigarette lighter did you mount some USB port? and 3.5mm Jack Connector.

Yep,

The aux I had wired to the old head unit but I've rewired to this one as it has an aux in but i don't use it as I either plug in usb or use Bluetooth

The USB port is an extension into the USB port on the back of the unit.

On the pic it's 2 because it was a charger wired to the cigaret plug ;)
But now it's a single one

Didn't take long and looks good and works great. Prefer USB to Bluetooth for music as you get albums and album art.

Overall love the HU

As for sound quality, after a few days of using it seems absolutely fine. Quality to be honest seems dictated to by the speakers ( which in the bravo are just ok, need some better ones to be honest )

Yeah from the pictures you showed Im pretty much Surprised with the HU, from the eBay listing the HU looked abit bad, that's why I thought about installing Android on it, But it looks really good Im well Impressed.

Sounds good still dude,.I am in to my music and think this maybe my next thoughts, cheeky sub and that stereo,as some people are quick to change their speakers but you be surprised what tweaking you bass and treble along with the front and back fader can do

Oh really is that on the new headunit you got.its gettin better all the time lol

Yeah it's canbus isn't it so I guess it just knows lol.

My reversing sensors are after
Market fitted by ford, so I assume id just follow the wire they did. Which is a bit rubbish because sometimes I see it popping out.

Good HU one thing I just noticed on my way home, sound quality I realised on the original flat setting it sounds just ok. You have to tweak the equaliser. Tbh I just hit the Pop preset and it's fine (y)

Don't want anyone to get this and be like bradgibbs you idiot lol.

No idea I knew it can be done the input is on the back, it knows it

Just took a picture for you here's what it does when I go into reverse at the minute ImageUploadedByFIAT Forum1412541781.685723.jpg

I assume you just put it above the number plate nicely

Yeah looks good to go dude,I would before fitting the camera plug it in and see if it comes up if it does then that's the best result with that unit

Make sure you get an Infra-Red camera so it works in the dark too!

I am getting more and more interested in this! I'd want the DAB option as well though :p

Yeah I think I maybe would spend little more than £15 on a camera but you never know could be wrong, but the one you selected does have night viewing, but as RobBravo says I am twitching at buying one lol,

I'm on the verge of buying one of these, few questions - I'm sure you are bored of this by now!

Basically;

If I buy it, is it complete? By that I mean I don't have to buy any additional items? I know that I can get a Pioneer one for example, but it's £20 for the DAB lead, and then £100 for the box in order to make the sat-nav work... all added extras.

Is this unit an all in one set up with no strings attached?

Cheers mate!

With it, I got the unit (obviously lol) the adapter lead for the modular back (the old hu connection) all of the other cables like aux, usb etc, radio antenna adapter and the GPS antenna.

I purely bought this because it looks stock, had bluetooth and the UI is pretty alright. How it stacks up agaisnt a pioneer unit, no idea :p

Only thing you'll have to do is download a better satnav. I have a few links if you want -wink. Above board incase anyone asks obviously! The satnav app it ships with is old, ugly and just blergh
