Hi guys, just joined the bravo club :) got a silver 1.6 dynamic eco (2009) 22k miles, paid 5k.
Its in good condition. One thing annoys me though. In the interior, just above glove box on the carbon fibre effect there is a few scratches. To be honest they are only light surface scratches but can be seen in the light.
I like things to be nice. Any tips or products you guys can recommend to get rid of these? I appreciate its not the typical type of black plastic so it may be difficult.

Dude the interior doors is my bug bear dude they just never look clean, anybody got ideas

That carbon foil is very similar to the 3d vinyl carbon foil on ebay, only thicker.
So its is a imprint in vinyl foil and i dont know how would you remove it.
That door upper wrapping is the most stupid material i have ever seen in a car. Its very sensitive and dust catching

How do you clean your door lining,I just wipe with a dry microfiber cloth :what:

Looks like I'm just going to use some general purpose interior cleaning stuff and give it a good rub. I don't expect good results, but like I said, they are only surface scratches visible in bright light.

With my dashboard I only ever wiped with dry microfiber cloth,it's my only bug bear with the bravo,as with the doors you can run the risk of staining and water marks,

ah thanks for that advice. I don't to be stain or water marking the dash or upper door. I'll leave that bit and just dry wipe.

Yeah I did have a look. I didn't jump right into that though with me been the new guy. You lads have probably all been on here a while so it makes sense.
But yeah why not, depending on time and location of course :)

Dude it don't matter how long you been on here,I haven't met loads of the bravo owners only a slight few at Stanford Hall this year,
It's exactly why I thought of the idea to meet each other chat bravo and to see a load of bravos alltogether, could be a possible 22 if all goes well,

Off topic but didn't want to start another new thread...
I know the 2010 model onwards had a 'facelift' but I bought a 2009 due to good dealer, condition, miles, price and so on...
I want to bring my Bravo in line with the facelift if possible. Starting by spraying my front lower grille chrome.
I've had bad experiences with 'chrome' spray paint in the past. Mainly that it never provides anywhere near a chrome finish!
Perhaps someone here has done it? Can anybody recommend a good chrome paint?

What you painting chrome? I got chrome surround for top grill its off my 13 plate and a spare bottom grill if you interested?

I'm interested in the bottom grille. 2010 onwards it comes chromed but before that it was just black.
How much would you sell your spare for mate?
