I've changed thousands of diesel filters but never on a common rail,
Is the filter low pressure? do I just change it like a normal diesel but prime with the tank pump?
Or is it high pressure and more like changing a petrol, just don't want super pressure diesel spraying out or possibly injecting my self etc like hydraulics.

It's a 5 min job, disconnect the fuel lines, undo the bracket, pop in the new filter, connect it up, turn the ignition on 6-7 times and start it up!

So no high pressure diesel injected under my skin!

Nope! The only diesel you'll get on your skin is drips from the connector or from the old filter!
